Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

Javier is the best. I have been a customer for over 8 years, the arraignments are so so good. He is always able to help out short notice (I work as a concierge so I often get rushed requests) Javier greatly over exceeds my already heightened expectations.

Both myself and the recipient of the flowers were VERY impressed with Designer's Choice arrangement. It was very well packed, great vase, everything was fresh, and even for us green thumbs, we had to google some of the flowers because they were so unique! Bonus! Some of them weren't even blooming yet - which is AWESOME, because this gift will likely keep on giving for while! I even screwed up on my online order, called them right away, and a very kind helpful gentleman answered right away. He pulled up my order right away without even needed any info from me, and corrected the order super fast. This is the kind of business I love giving my money to.
