This is my new go to flower shop. I placed an order online for a friend who was spending the night in the hospital, and when I learned she did not receive her flowers I called (frustrated) to inquire. Javier later confirmed that the flowers were delivered to the volunteer desk that morning but were never delivered to my friend's room - not his fault - and yet he said "as soon as I take care of the customer here at the shop I will drive to the hospital, pick up the flowers and then deliver them to your friend at home." Who does that!? Thank you Javier, you are amazing!

We ordered flowers to a hospital and somehow they didn't make it to the hospital room. The next day the owner redid the arrangement and personally delivered the flowers to make sure they arrived. Ordering flowers for my special someone couldn’t have been an easier experience. She woke up with a cold, so I wanted to be able to do a same day “feel better” arrangement. I’m out of town and needed to find a local florist in the Denver area.

Lo and behold, Sophisticated Blooms was there to save the day. Their website was easy to navigate, the preparation and delivery was quick, and the flowers turned out wonderful. They did everything shy of curing her ailment.
